Located in a peaceful setting about 8 km from Palma, the typical Mallorcan holiday home Caricuao accommodates 8 people.
The spacious country house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite), a well-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV, DVD player, fireplace, board games, and books, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.
You also have Wi-Fi, a cot, ceiling and table fans in all rooms, as well as a parking area.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Mediterranean surroundings and the Tramuntana mountains.
Relax outdoors surrounded by palm and avocado trees, taking advantage of the lounge furniture, the covered terrace with garden furniture, and the barbecue area.
A 50 m² pool with an additional area for children, as well as a ping-pong table, are also available on the property.
There is no public transport nearby, so it is recommended that you have a car to reach restaurants, bars, shops, Palma city center, and sandy beaches, which are about 20 minutes away by car.

The house was clean, good and functioning well for us my husband and me, 3 young adults + 2 toddlers.

We spend 9 days in paradise. The house, the pool, the terraces were all accommodating our 2 families (total 8 pers) really well. And it was sooo clean and gardens and pool so well maintained! We bbqed almost every day. Best of the experience was kids climbing a ladder and taking out some oranges from the garden for fresh orange juice every morning :)
