The terrace is surrounded by plants and invites you to sunbathe as well as to barbecue.
For lukewarm summer evenings there is also a small, wind-protected patio behind the house.
All shops are within walking distance.
In just 100 meters you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy a cup of tea and use the pool.
The house is equipped for both hot summer holidays as well as for fresh winter holidays with air conditioning and heating facilities.
