The flat directly adjoins the garden, and from there it is located on the ground floor. Due to a wee hillside situation three steps lead down from the street to this level. The apartment consits of an 18m² bed-/living room, a separate kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom. The entire flat has some 30m². You can feel free to use the seating on the garden side at the front of the flat, where smoking of course is permitted. - In the bed-/living room we provide two twin beds located in a row, each equipped with a bedside cabinet. Furthermore you will find a couch, a table, an armchair, a modern TV, a DVD-Player, a hi-fi-unit and a clock radio. A camp bed for a third person is available on request. - The kitchen is a kitchenette containing a cooker, a fridge, a worktop, a sink, and is fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, ...). - Bed clothes and towels will be provided.
Our villa is located some 1.5 km south of Kiel Central Station, so even the city centre is in walking or biking distance. Basic shopping-facilities and a bus stop are located nearby. Parking is, depending on the size of your vehicle, either possible at the kerbside opposite the villa or on a public car park located in a distance of some 50m. And after a 5 minutes' walk you will reach the "Vieburg Wood", a beautiful old forest with a size of about 70 ha. - In this house we offer two guest apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both being situated to the garden at the back side of the building.
For both apartments the entire rent is €50 per night for one/two people and €65 for three people. Final cleaning is included in a stay of two or more nights. Otherwise an additional charge of €20 applies. During Kiel Week we have different prices.
a) By car:
· Coming from both Autobahns (A215 and A210) you have to follow the signs to B76 (direction Lübeck). When you have crossed the city limits you should have the ‘Plaza Centre’ on your right. Here you have to transfer to the right track (but not to the very right junction to ‘Plaza Centre’ itself!) and drive straight ahead up the access ramp towards the ‘Waldwiesenkreuz’, which means the elevated crossing of the ‘Hamburger Chaussee’ over the B76. Go across this roundabout and drive straight ahead down the ramp. After that you should be able to enter the ‘Dorotheenstraße’ on you right hand side. Follow the ‘Dorotheenstraße’ some 50m, then turn left into the ‘Von-der-Goltz-Allee’. After some more 50m you should see the house No. 16 on your right then.
· Coming from the east on B404 or/and B76 you go also up the access ramp to the ‘Waldwiesenkreuz’, marked by the signs “Ostseeklinik”. Turn around three quarters of the roundabout until you enter the drive-down ramp back to B76 (southward, direction “Lübeck”) and drive straight ahead down the ramp. After that you should be able to enter the ‘Dorotheenstraße’ on you right hand side. Follow the ‘Dorotheenstraße’ some 50m, then turn left into the ‘Von-der-Goltz-Allee’. After some more 50m you should see the house No. 16 on your right then.
b) By bus: You can get on busses 61, 62, 501, 502 (all direction south) and you have to get off at ‘Waldwiese’. Here you cross the ‘Hamburger Chaussee’, enter ‘Von-der-Goltz-Allee’, and walk on until No. 16.
