Finca Vejer is an authentic Andalusian property located near Cómpeta and Torrox Pueblo, easily accessible via a dirt road from the connecting road, about a 15-minute drive away.
This charming house seamlessly blends traditional features like stone floors, thick walls, wooden ceilings, and Andalusian double windows.
It includes a small swimming pool offering a perfect spot to relax.
While wooden handrails ensure safety on steeper parts, the house may not be ideal for small children.
The property boasts a spacious dining room that doubles as a winter garden, a kitchen equipped with modern amenities, and three bedrooms.
The first bedroom, with air conditioning, has a bed measuring 2 x 1.60 meters.
The second, smaller independent bedroom, features a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters) and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a bed that can extend from 0.80 meters to 1.60 meters wide.
One bathroom showcases Andalusian decor with a bathtub and shower, while the second bathroom includes a shower.
The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October.
Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement.
Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night.
An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet.
Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.
Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will incur an additional payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.

L’emplacement est incroyable avec une vue magnifique et dans un calme absolu.
La piscine est bien orientée et tout le monde y trouve son compte à l’ombre ou au soleil
La climatisation n’est que dans une seule chambre en bas et c’est dommage et cela avait échappé à notre vigilance dans la description
Le barbecue est la mais il est interdit de s’en servir pendant l’été ! C’est trop dommage
Et il n’y a pas de plancha pour le remplacer

La casa, piscina y vistas! Es una casita con encanto en una zona muy bonita y relajada. Su piscina con vistas a las montanas son espectaculares. Eso si, unas carreteras de acceso horribles!
