Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Casa Eladio offers a spacious, detached property with a large private pool, just under 10 minutes' drive to El Morche beach via accessible roads.
The property features a flat terrain ideal for play.
Nearby amenities include supermarkets in Torrox Costa, a short 5-10 minute drive away. Though near the A7 highway, Casa Eladio enjoys proximity to the sea, balancing convenience with potential noise. The large living room offers German SAT-TV and air conditioning.
The adjoining winter garden is popular year-round, providing sun in winter and breeze in summer through open glass doors. There are two bedrooms with double beds; one of them is equipped with a large built-in closet.
In both bedrooms there are also ceiling fans.
Additionally, there is a small single room. There is "only" a shower bath with toilet and a separate guest toilet in the house, but at the pool there is another shower bath with toilet in an annex. The pool, located adjacent to the conservatory, features sun beds, seating, and an outdoor shower on the spacious terrace. Pets are allowed for a fee.
An extra deposit is required if the guest bring a dog. Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31. Late check in until 1 a.m. can be arranged with a supplement. Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure.
Excess electricity consumption (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.

A pesar de que en el check-in nos dijeron que no era necesario hacer el mantenimiento de la piscina en las 2 semanas que nos quedamos en la casa, un día vinieron y entraron mientras dormíamos sin previo aviso ni nada….ademas tuvimos un problema con las tuberías (que ellos sabían perfectamente) y no ...
