The Casa Morrás 45 is situated in the holiday resort of Cala Ferrera, just 100 m from the cliffs.
The Ibiza-style vacation home is part of a well-kept resort and can accommodate 5 people with an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with air-conditioning) and 2 bathrooms.
Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request) and a parking area.
Small pets are welcome.
Enjoy your holiday outdoors on your private terrace complete with a charcoal BBQ and garden furniture.
The nearest beach of Cala Serena is a 3-minute walk away, while restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away by car. The property is 50 m from the sea, so you can't see it from the house. The house is also surrounded by houses of the complex.
The adjoining street is private and therefore very quiet.
The parking area has video surveillance with recording. No fires (barbecue) allowed between the 1st of May and the 15th of October. Charging electric cars is not permitted within the urbanization.
