Villa Smeralda 3 is located as one of 5 apartments in a holiday resort outside of Olbia and offers space for up to 9 persons.
The barrier-free apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
An additional sofa bed can be provided for the ninth person.
The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with wifi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair.
Enjoy the Italian sun in the outdoor area of the accommodation where a shared garden with a large pool, a barbecue and fruit trees, which convey Italian flair, are waiting for you.
The accommodation also includes horses, ponies, chickens and turtles, which make the resort a paradise for children.
The centre of Olbia, 5 km away, offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Some beaches can be reached within 20 minutes by car or approx. 21 km. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Beau domaine . Accès sécurisé , garage pour chaque maison plain pied (3 maisons),2 chambres propres ,salle a manger et cuisine fonctionnelles véranda pour se restaurer , piscine .Endroit calme , hote très sympathique parlant francais. En petite restauration possible a la demande auprès de l'hote . Agréable séjour .

Dommage qu’Antonio soit seul a gérer ce domaine. Les petits déjeuner sont au plus simple. Il y a une grosse affiche avec marquer: sandwich, toasts … mais finalement pas de possible de manger sur place. L’eau de la piscine était franchement limite et enfin l’appartement est mal équiper, même pas de m...

Peu de chose a été apprécié dans une des locations que nous avions prise pour 8 personnes, nous étions 7. Une literie catastrophique exception peut-être des lits superposés pour les enfants. Une seule salle de bain pour 8 beaucoup trop limite mais nous avons quand même fait avec. Une 1ere dans toute...
Tout ce qui a été décrit précédemment. En résumé nous déconseillons vivement cet hébergement en Sardaigne dans la région d’Olbia.
