"*This is an ideal property for families.
Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. This beautiful holiday home boasts an amazing location in the countryside near Algarrobo which is just 40 km away from Málaga.The beaches of the Costa del Sol can be reached after approx. a 10km drive. One of the best things about the house is its superb location and the beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea.Once a week Gabriel comes to clean the pool and take care of the garden. In the spacious living/dining room you will find a German SAT-TV, WLAN connection and A&C.There is also a stove that comes in very handy in the winter (for a reasonable price).
You can also activate the heating for an additional fee. The open and very well-equipped kitchen has a view over the pool area. There are 3 bedrooms:two are equipped with double beds and ceiling fans; in the other bedroom there are 4 bunk beds (2.0 m x 0.90 m wide) and air conditioning.
One of the 2 bathrooms has a shower; the other (en-suite) has a bath. In the outdoor area you will find a charcoal grill by the pool. Be aware of potential government water regulations during your visit that may affect swimming pool use, garden watering, or tap water use. Pets are allowed for a fee.
An extra deposit is required if the guest bring a dog. Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31. Late check in until 1 a.m. can be arranged with a supplement. Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure.
Excess electricity consumption (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.
