Villa spacieuse et bien équipée dans un quartier tranquille. A 20 minutes à pieds du village, de la mer et des magasins.
Le coin manger/grillade couvert est très agréable pour les repas. Magnifique et très agréable piscine.
Très bon contact, réactivité et compétence du personnel de l'agence.

La maison est idéalement située, à 4 min du centre de Ste Maxime en voiture, sur les hauteurs et elle est donc au calme. La vue est magnifique ( lever du soleil somptueux sur la mer) , la piscine est très belle et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin : équipements pour la cuisine, boulodrome, barbecue, t...

Ein schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick, auf einem Hügel gelegen. Neu gefliester Pool, Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut und gepflegt nur die Nebengelasse wie Carport und Schuppen könnten etwas gepflegter sein.
Schönes separates, abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Rasen und Blumen.
Eine Markise oder Sonnensegel wäre angebracht für die Terrasse.
Der Blick von der Terasse ist wirklich ein Traum...
