The Casa Paraíso de Alcúdia accommodates 8 people and offers an amazingly central location just a few minutes' walk from the bay and the port of Alcúdia.
Lovingly-designed with modern furnishings, it has 3 bathrooms, one half bath and 4 bedrooms across two floors.
On the lower floor you will find the stylish living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table.
The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen provides an inviting place for the whole family to cook together.
One bedroom with a double bed and one of the modern bedrooms are also situated on this floor.
A staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you will find three colourful bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, a baby cot and a highchair.
The large outdoor area with covered terrace, 11-m² pool, barbecue and lounge furniture guarantees holiday fun for the whole family.
The terrace is decorated with fresh, beautiful plants and a hedge offers privacy from neighbouring houses.

The bay of Alcúdia, with gorgeous sandy beaches and a gently sloping shore, is just a 7-minute walk away.

Der einzige Nachteil ist die viel befahrene Straße direkt neben dem Haus.
