Private: property 11 ha, garden (not fenced), swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). In the house: burglar alarm system. Single garage. Bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. House surrounded by orange groves (6 hectares) and seasonal crops. Person responsible for the care of the farm. Farm is situated at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera, not far from Mojacar.
